Super Seeded Bread Mix

Just add: Coconut oil, molasses/maple syrup/honey and water. Instructions inside!

This bread is so dense and nutritious and takes literally 5 minutes prep time.  No kneading- just mix and press into a loaf pan, leave it to sit, then bake.

High in protein and digestive fibre and very satisfying.
